Welcome to Tattoocityink!
We’re excited to create something special for you. To make sure every client receives the best possible service, please take a moment to read our booking policy.
Booking an appointment with Tattoocityink means you understand and agree to the following:
Deposits
- A £50 deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.
- The £50 deposit will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- If an appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours before your scheduled time, the £50 deposit will be forfeited.
- Appointments may be rescheduled once only, provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
- If you cancel or reschedule more than once, a new £50 deposit will be required to book another appointment.
- Deposits help protect the artist’s time and preparation, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Late Arrivals
- We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their appointment.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled.
- In some cases, late arrivals may result in loss of the deposit.
No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without notice:
- Your deposit will be lost.
- A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
Rescheduling
- We understand that plans can change.
- Appointments may be rescheduled once, as long as 48 hours’ notice is given.
- Rescheduling more than once will require a new deposit.
Age Requirement
For legal reasons:
- All clients must be 18 years or older.
- Valid photo identification may be requested on arrival.
Health & Safety
- Your safety is important to us.
- Please inform us before your appointment if you have any medical conditions, skin conditions, or allergies that may affect your tattoo.
- Please do not attend your appointment if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Design & Preparation
To give you the best result possible:
- Please ensure you have confirmed your design, size, and placement before your appointment.
- Major design changes on the day may require rescheduling and a new deposit.
Right to Refuse Service
Tattoocityink reserves the right to refuse service if:
- A client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- A medical condition makes tattooing unsafe
- Behaviour is inappropriate or disrespectful
- Studio policies are not followed
